We no longer use PayPal Credit Card Services due to their poor customer service. You can order and pay by following methods:

Money Order or Personal Check. Each banjo has an email link to enable you to inquire about that particular banjo. Because of increasingly sophisticated computer forgery techniques, banks recommend waiting 7 to 10 business days for personal check and money order payments to clear.

Shipping Costs and Wait Time. Shipping costs and the need to provide ample insurance have increased the S&H Charges. The actual cost to Fancybanjo for mailing a banjo and case with insurance is typically about $35. Not charged to the customers is the labor and material cost of packing the banjo.

All vintage instruments are fully set up to play unless sold "as is". Your purchase from FancyBanjo is satisfaction guaranteed. You may return your purchase within 48 hours of receipt if not entirely satisfied for a full refund (minus shipping cost). Please phone or email your intent to return any purchased item. Returned item must be in the same condition as received. You are required to pay for insured return shipping in original packing container.

New Instrument Return Policy

New Saga instruments which are not in stock may be ordered. Your purchase from FancyBanjo is satisfaction guaranteed. You may return your purchase within 48 hours of receipt for a refund (minus shipping cost) if not entirely satisfied. The following conditions apply:

• No Returns are accepted without prior Authorization.
• No Returns are accepted Freight Collect.
• Returned instruments must be in original container and in unaltered condition.
• Defective instruments will be repaired or exchanged at our option.
• Shipping & Handling charge is non-refundable.
• A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied to instruments that have been specially ordered.

A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested via phone or email. Be sure to pack the instrument carefully for safe return. Remember, you own the instrument. If it is damaged in transit to us and if the freight carrier denies the damage claim on the returned item due to inadequate packing or other reason, the instrument will not be accept by FancyBanjo for return, repair or exchange.
